in the Contact Center Solutions Arena

NEW YORK, NY - June 20, 2005 - ShoreGroup, Inc. of New York City and TiVerity Consulting of Atlanta, GA today announced a strategic alliance between their two companies in the contact center solutions arena.

ShoreGroup, Inc. is an industry leader in IP Communications, converged management and operational support services in the commercial sector. ShoreGroup's CaseSentry® Systems Management solution and award-winning ShorePatrolTM Day 2 support service specifically target the demanding availability and performance requirements of today's advanced contact center environments. TiVerity Consulting is a consulting, engineering and implementation provider of large distributed contact centers focused on the Federal marketplace. The two companies, having combined experience of installing and maintaining over 40,000 Cisco® Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) and Customer Voice Portal (CVP) licensed agents, will join forces to offer a complete suite of contact center solutions for enterprise, service provider and government sectors.
